Mr. Ertl formed ERTL Enterprises, Inc. in 1996 as a consulting firm and in 2002 began producing combustion systems for the glass and steel industry. This invaluable experience will help make 3B successful in a relatively short time.

Mr. Hawkins has more than twenty-five Years of experience in start-ups, early stage ventures and corporate turn-a-rounds in addition to retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Marines Corps. Don's experience in operations is a valuable assist as we add Distributors.

Ms. Kramer’s professional career spans 30 years, all in the financial area. After receiving a BA in accounting from Ball State University she accepted a position in the public accounting sector. She then moved into the manufacturing sector and has been involved in credit, payables, receivables, insurance, banking, benefit plans, costing and payroll. She also was a key member of a task team that successfully integrated a new operating system.
