Throughout his career, Zac has developed expertise in software, hardware, and network design to deliver products such as Internet thermostats, HVAC equipment controllers, RF sensors and WiFi energy monitors at price points that reach mass markets. Prior to founding 38 Zeros, Zac held various senior engineering positions at Verlitics, Emme, Home Comfort Zones and Garmin, and consulted with companies such as Intel and Nike on connected devices.

Ben is the driving force behind 38 Zeros software development. He specializes in developing code for high traffic web design and applications. He's a key contributor to creating great customer experiences. Ben is a seasoned developer with solid experience architecting, building and managing services for high-traffic websites and highly available multi-terabyte data warehouse installations for websites including Amazon, Slashdot and SourceForge.

Beth brings 30 years experience in finance, operations and systems working with both hardware and software start-ups, and for non-profit organizations. Her expertise is translating between the big picture needs and the implementation details. Her early roots go back to hardware start-ups with Irwin Magnetics and Cipher Data Products, and her system skills were honed developing business systems for Qualcomm.
