Damon Bryant, PhD has built predictive models for the Educational Testing Service for evaluating students for admission to colleges and universities. During IBM's corporate turnaround, he created employment selection systems for Big Blue that were used to hire high potential engineers worldwide. Currently he's building predictive models to recruit high potential college football players to win championships.

Larry Davis, PhD creates and leverages technology for use in computer adaptive testing and performance measurement. He has designed and implemented stand-alone and web-based interactive graphical applications in such areas. Dr. Davis is currently working on projects involving Bayesian estimation, natural language processing, and multi-objective optimization. His current language of choice is Python and he has expertise in C++, Javascript & PHP.
