• Currently, Roy owns a marketing company –. He is responsible for the financial management of the company, and runs marketing projects for large companies in Israel;
• During 2013, Roy wrote a patent related with the human-parasitology field;
• During 2010-2011, Roy founded the "Achva" pre-paid credit card. As part of his role, he prepared a
business plan for the company and formed relationships with the leading credit-card companies in Israel;

• Maor is the president of DodgeVapor Inc. – Vaporizers & Electronic Cigarettes. He leads the operations
of over 14 retail locations in 5 different States in the US (NY, CT, DE, MD, VA), and manages over 50
employees and 3 district managers;
• During 2006-10, Maor worked at Newave LLC – WindSpinners, where he was recruited as a Sales
Representative. In 2007 Maor was promoted to the position of a Regional Manager (San-Antonio, TX)

• Ofir is currently a student at "Bar-Ilan" University in Ramat-Gan, Israel. He is studying towards a B.Sc. in
Computer Science;
• Ofir currently works as a Software Engineer at Conduit's (Perion's) innovation team;
• During 2011-12, Ofir worked at "Seter Information Security & Consulting" as an Information Security
Representative.

Assaf has a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Major in Network Security
• Assaf is familiar with: C, C++, Unix, SQL, C#, Java, HTML5, Objective C and Android programming,
various information systems, data communication networks, network security methods;
• Assaf is currently acting as a QA Engineer at Unitronics (specializes in Qpack and BugTracker). In this
role, Assaf performs automatic and manual test scripts and writes STD and STR documents;
