John has been in the communications business since 1980. He started off with doing tower construction in the United States Army. After serving his country he came home to work for GTE Communications where he installed Underground/above ground cabling. He then went on to start a business of his own called1,2, 3 Communications where he installed underground/above ground communications technology.

Jonathan has been working in underground installation of cabling for 6 yrs. He was moved to Operations Manager after two years of working in the field. Jonathan does hands on work as well as instructing and training crews.

Gladys is a 17 Veteran of the Pittsburgh Police Department but has a total of 24 years in law enforcement. She later left the Police Department to become part of the 1, 2, 3, Communications team. She has excellent communication skills as well as secretarial skills do to the extensive report writing as a Police Officer. Gladys also has good leadership skills.
