The Bar & Grill will provide a place for people to come and relax. To enjoy themselves in an environment that will cater to an older crowd. Our target customers are between the ages of 30-55. There will be a light menu and drink specials. We will also have the ability to host outdoor events. There are over 25,000 people in our target area, of which approximately 60% fit into our targeted demographic. The Convenience Store will fill a need.
