Prior, she was EVP & President, Global Financial Services at Pitney Bowes, with >$800mm revenue & $3B receivables. Lisa pioneered many successful products in payments, credit cards, SMB lending, consumer credit & banking. Lisa was also SVP of Consumer Credit at First Fidelity Banc and SVP & Marketing Director at Citibank.

Jon has 20 years experience across many financial products and has a track record of success in specialty finance, investment banking and entrepreneurial settings. Since leaving his role as US head, illiquid structured credit at UBS, Jon founded Broad Bridge Capital and MGI where he successfully re-structured, advised or raised institutional capital for over $1b leasing, derivative, infrastructure, energy and bond portfolio transactions.
