Conor graduated from MIT in Math and Computer Science and spent the next nine years working in finance and finance technology. At Bridgewater, the world's largest hedge fund, he was responsible for the technology behind the firm's portfolio construction and risk control systems. Conor has lead teams of engineers in designing and building next generation investment systems.

Phillip Wei has designed and built automated trading systems for some of the world's largest hedge funds, including Bridgewater Associates and Blue Mountain Capital. He is a co-founder of Deliveroo, an international food delivery startup, which has raised $200M from VC firms such as Index Ventures and DST Global. Phillip holds a BSE in Computer Science from Princeton University.

Josh joins the team after nearly a decade in the sustainble finance space, including the last 6 years at WWF managing the Sustainable Finance Program. He has also worked with Root Capital, the Rainforest Alliance, and Conservation International. He holds a BA from Harvard and an MBA from NYU Stern, where he was a Reynolds Fellow in Social Entrepreneurship.
