Mr. Ream co-founded Virtual in 1994. In January 2002, Mr. Ream introduced the Business Continuity Maturity Model® based on five years of industry research. This landmark model provides an objective measure of organizational development and staff skill in business continuity implementation and “state-of-preparedness.” The BCMM has been recognized by Gartner. In 2003 Mr. Ream designed Sustainable Planner in partnership with Kaiser Permanente.

Executive Vice President and Partner for Virtual Corporation which she co-founded in 1994. Ms. Langsett has over 25 years of business continuity, methodology training and support. Ms. Langsett is a Licensed Business Continuity Maturity Model® Assessor and Licensed BCMM® Trainer. She is frequent speaker on business continuity, crisis management, security management and technology recovery topics.

Ms. Grigioni joined Virtual Corporation in 2004 to manage Virtual's newly formed Sustainable Planner technical support & software dev. team. Prior to joining Virtual, Ms. Grigioni was Data Services Manager for a proprietary software company, managing 9 client systems with a combined user base of over 5,000 users. She championed implementation of continuity plans, & reporting faults and other software quality and system performance measures.

Leads technical support staff for Sustainable Planner® (SP)coordinating technical client support services. Creates BC/DR templates for clients in various industries & sectors. Provides technical sales support. Tests product enhancements & works with team to determine prioritization of changes for future releases. Coordinates training for SP users, works with team to create & maintain SP documentation, & provides support for product installations.

Mr. Farkas joined Virtual in 2002 as Sr. Project Consultant. He is a resourceful, self-directed, hands on, customer focused consultant having demonstrated aptitude in working exceptionally well with senior and middle management. He demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, interviewing, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills coupled with an ability to manage both internal and external customer and vendor relationships.

Responsible for management oversight of the Business Continuity Maturity Model®, and service related elements of Sustainable Planner®. Senior IT-Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity consultant assigned to work on client engagements as required.
