    Cynthia’s has had a varied career as a professor, massage therapist, author and radio host, and the self proclaimed Bean Queen. She gets great joy from making bean soup or beans and rice to nourish her families and friends, and she is thrilled to now share these tasty dishes with the public.

    Cynthia has been self-employed for thirteen years. This experience, and ability to research and apply new information, has helped Spark of the Heart grow.
