He has an extensive understanding of building highly secured technology tools and has over 10 years at State Street Bank building complex trading systems.

Matt is an experienced education technology marketing and business development executive. He has spent 20+ years in sales oriented leadership roles at early-stage / high-growth companies and has an extensive rolodex of contacts across large school districts and within education technology. He has an MBA from Michigan and a BA from Wharton.

Dennis was the Founder and CEO of Information Marketing Group (IMG), the leading student information system (SIS) provider in Massachusetts K-12 districts and schools. He formed a partnership between IMG and SchoolCNXT due to the value SchoolCNXT provides to districts/schools. Dennis sold IMG to Harris School Solutions in 2013 and became one of the primary investors in SchoolCNXT.

Ben has been a founding partner in three private equity firms and done strategy consulting for several smaller companies. With his expertise, he is able to help access and deploy capital for the business as well as create an environment of financial controls and controlled growth. Ben has been involved in over 75 financing deals in the past, raising over $1 billion for the companies he has been involved in.
