Jan is a seasoned life science executive. She was CEO of Gish Biomedical, a cardiopulmonary med device company that she sold to the Sorin Group. Jan was CEO of the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, where she completed a successful acquisition by the Sanford-Burnham Institute. Jan was Founder/CEO of NuGEN, and Founder/EVP/COO of Metrika. She built and funded both companies from technology concept through successful product launch, and revenue growth.

Dr Amshey has over 30 years experience developing diagnostic and research products in clinical chemistry, immunodiagnostics, infectious disease and instrumentation. His graduate work in chemistry was followed by roles as VP R&D at Calbiochem, Syva Co., and Invitrogen/Life Technologies, then as an independent consultant since 2009.

Dr. Van de Water is the lead researcher that discovered the identity and role of Maternal Autoantibodies in autism, and is a co-inventor on the patents licensed by PBI. She joined the Internal Medicine faculty at UC Davis in 1999, and the faculty of the MIND Institute in 2000. Dr. Van de Water received a PhD in immunology from UCD in 1988, and currently serves on the editorial boards for journals Autism Research and Brain, Behavior and Immunity.

Nikki has developed, launched, and marketed dozens of innovative products, and led global businesses to productivity and revenue growth. Nikki has held positions with Life Technologies, Invitrogen, and Becton, Dickson and Company (Biosciences Division). She holds an MBA in Managing Innovation and Marketing from Santa Clara University, and a BA in Political Science from University of California – San Diego.

Linda is an experienced CFO, and has been an advisor to entrepreneurs, private equity and VC firms in start-ups. She is currently an active angel investor in Chemical Angel Network. Her industry expertise is within the life sciences, including biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices, and healthcare services. Linda is an active C.P.A. and C.G.M.A. in CA and IN and was an Audit Senior with Ernst & Young. Linda holds a B.S. from UC Berkeley.

Dr. Paxton is a board certified Immunopathologist with over 30 years of laboratory experience. He has held positions as laboratory director and medical director of several large clinical laboratories, including Quest, Lab for Personalized Medicine and Sequenom. Dr. Paxton also has tremendous clinical trial experience gained at Pfizer, Elan and Vical.

Bev is a highly accomplished product commercialization leader in the clinical diagnostic, healthcare services, and medical device industries.
Bev was VP Commercialization of Exagen, a specialty clinical laboratory services business focused on Gastroenterology and Rheumatology. Bev was Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at Prometheus, National Sales Manager at UroCor. Bev began her career in sales at Dianon Systems.
