Marcel has over ten years combined experience in building technology systems. Combining his development experience with his experience in building companies and working with startups, makes him a great resource and team player. Marcel believes in Lean and Scrum as fundamental steps to building a business and developing process standards.

Gloria’s first career started in health care as a Registered Nurse. She took her experiences in health care and started to find ways to solve problems they were having. This lead to a small start up project that ended with her obtaining her MBA in Management and currently working at the doctoral level on a certificate in Management of Engineering and Technology. She is also a Certified Scrum Master.
