TiE New York Pitch Competition November 2019

Our community of Charter members and investors enables the formation of new ventures

TiE New York is a group of New York-based entrepreneurs and early-stage investors looking to identify, mentor, develop, and invest in interesting pre-seed and seed-stage companies. We engage with companies across the spectrum of vertical categories. Our group helps prepare startups for growth and investment, like a pre-accelerator. The Pitch Competition is one of our flagship events in highlighting startups that we discover and engage to a broad group of our investors. TiE NY Charter Members have invested in a number of startups, some of which are eligible to pitch subsequently for investment on the TiE Global Angels platform spanning thousands of Charter Members in 60 chapters around the world.

We are looking for early-stage companies based in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. If selected, the company must be prepared to present to an audience of up to 200 people at Grant Thornton's offices on November 12, 2019.

We are sponsored by Google Cloud. They have agreed generously to award $100,000 in Google Cloud credits to the winning company, $20,000 in credits to the runner-up, and $3,000 in credits to the remaining three finalists.
