What We’re Looking For:

• Founders who identify as women of color


• Founders who are 18 years old or older


• Businesses must be based in the United States


• Strong candidates will have companies that stand out in their industry


• Companies should be on track for long-term growth


• Companies should work in or across industries, such as: beauty & fashion, arts & entertainment, hospitality & food/drink, communications & media, health & wellness, sports & gaming, science, technology, finance, or education
