Tarmac TX | Fall 2019

We accelerate technology-based solutions addressing the most pressing social and environmental challenges

Tarmac TX is a free acceleration program based in Austin, TX that fosters technology solutions addressing social and environmental issues. Through a partnership with 3M, Tarmac TX enables talented entrepreneurs to grow and amplify their impact. Tarmac TX is also a part of the INCO Network, the number one global collection of accelerators dedicated to green and social startups.

The Tarmac TX 2019 program is going GREEN! Our fourth cohort will be a Fall program beginning later in 2019. Early stage startups focusing on environmental, green, or sustainability problems are encouraged to apply.

Startups interested in joining Tarmac TX 2019 are encouraged to go to our website tarmactx.com and submit an application on Gust.com between March 1st, 2019 - June 30th, 2019.

Requirements for Applying:
- Startups must be early stage (formation to seed-funding stage), for-profit, and have a technology solution that focuses on sustainability in addressing issues that include; environment, water, food, energy, and climate change.

Requirements for the Program:
- Startups must be located in Austin, TX or willing to relocate here for the duration of the
program.
- Founders must attend all required events and be engaged in the mentor program.

Application Process:
- Applications open March 1st, 2019 and close June 30th, 2019.
- Selected startups will be invited to present in front of a panel of judges and experts in a pitch
style competition.
- Winners of the pitch-presentation event will be offered a spot in Tarmac TX 2019.
