Our mission at Founders First is to accelerate the success of businesses run by diverse leaders such as women, minorities, military veterans, LGBTQ and those living in low and moderate income areas. We focus on these groups because they have been dramatically underrepresented in the ranks of business leadership.

How we help you to grow and how we are different:
· Proven results helping companies grow and scale. Within 3-6 months of completing our programs, 84% of our graduates have increased revenue, 73% have increased profits, and 75% have added recurring revenue streams.
· Structured venture-level education with individualized coaching designed to help you grow to $5M+ in annual revenue.
· Flexible revenue-based funding. Our alumni are eligible to be considered for funding, if your business qualifies. We will refer you to Founders First Capital Partners’ due diligence program, where you may receive funding for up to $250,000 upon approval.
· Post-program support with VC and other investor introductions, sales, marketing, business development, channels, and contracts.
