Accelerating Emerging Tech into the Trade and Travel Industries

The Trade and Travel Accelerator is seeking applicants from technology and defense companies who have novel solutions to support C-UAS efforts and broader Airspace Security Applications for the world’s airports.

The Trade & Travel Accelerator runs in collaboration with Airport Council International (ACI) and Airpol, to identify emerging tech and help them enter the aviation and wider law enforcement markets.

ACI is the trade association of the world’s airports. ACI makes a significant contribution toward ensuring a global air transport system that is safe, secure, customer-centric and environmentally sustainable. As of January 2020, ACI serves 668 members, operating 1979 airports in 176 countries.

Airpol is the European Union Law Enforcement Network created to build synergies for police and border guard units working in the fight against crime in the European aviation sector. Airpol represent 27 Member State border and aviation police forces responsible for security at hundreds of airports across the EU.

ACI and Airpol will provide its expertise and that of its members to help to shape accelerator events, provide information and guidance to participants and identify opportunities for innovation in aviation and law enforcement.

We are interested in hearing from any solution provider that is capable of of detecting, tracking, identifying and / or defeating a drone, locating its controller or providing unique parallel solutions of use to those protecting airspace.

Please note, this accelerator will run virtually and applications from international companies are encouraged.
