About this Program

BUITEMS Business Incubation and Entrepreneurship Center (BBIEC) in partnership with National incubation Center Lahore through support from Karandaaz Innovation Challenge Fund has launched the Women Entrepreneurship Programme. Karandaaz Innovation Challenge Fund is funded by the United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID).

Program Objectives

• To discover, encourage and incubate women-led businesses and provide them with world class entrepreneurship development curriculum and facilities.
• To connect female entrepreneurs who are already in business with channels of finance, information and networking.
• To provide capital to promising women-led businesses for growth.

Who Can Apply?

The programme is open to any woman-led business operating in any sector in Pakistan (both microenterprises & startups). The business should either be actively managed by a woman or the majority ownership should be held by a woman (or women). Strong preference will be given to businesses that have an established business model and are looking to grow their business.

Businesses that successfully complete the programme will be eligible to make pitches to panel of judges. Karandaaz Pakistan may also provide financial assistance to the graduating SMEs.
