Accelerator for Startup and Early Stage Businesses

ALTS Capital Online Accelerator is an intensive 6-week accelerator program designed to prepare businesses to be capital ready. The Accelerator includes both Master Class Sessions and individual Mentoring Sessions taught by experienced financial, legal and tech professionals. The ALTS Capital Accelerator provides significant connectivity to financing and innovation resources to facilitate startup success. ALTS Capital Accelerator graduates are provided connectivity to the larger ALTS Capital investor community, including leading venture capital groups and high net-worth individuals throughout the country.

The program is organized into 12 value-added modules providing a comprehensive overview of key issues facing entrepreneurs. These include sessions on Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling, Technology, Business Networking, Negotiations, Go to Market Strategy and Legal Strategy. Each of the online session are led by seasoned industry experts:

Corporate Finance - Comprehensive introduction to Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling and Business Valuation.
Storytelling & Strategies - Helps organizations find their story and their voice and effectively communicate to audiences who you are, what you do, and why they should care.
Technology - In-depth analysis of key technology fundamentals related to startup formation including: computer coding, languages and software credits.
Business Negotiation - Comprehensive and integrated approach to Business Negotiations including: Strategic Alliances, Joint Ventures, and Supplier/ Vendor Contracts.
Go-To Market - GoTo Market focuses on pre-revenue and accelerating strategies for post-revenue. Data analytical tools such as CRMs and email marketing strategies included.
Legal Strategy - Business Formation, Intellectual Property Rights, Non-Disclosure Agreements (“NDAs”) and Letters of Intent (“LOIs”). TermSheets and PPMs.

ALTS Capital Online Accelerator also includes individual Mentoring Sessions. These sessions provide participants with personalized attention from investors, senior business professionals, and fellow entrepreneurs. They also provide a forum for preliminary business stress-testing and improvement. Mentoring Sessions are available one day/week.

The Accelerator DemoDay at the conclusion of each 6-week program, introduces the ALTS Capital Online Accelerator Cohort to the Investment Community.

Upon conclusion of the program, Cohort companies become portfolio companies in our proprietary investor platform of Accredited Investors. We then continue to work with these companies through this platform on additional funding opportunities as necessary.
