Agility Pitch Competition

Do you have a business plan? Or even an awesome idea that could help solve a problem you'd like to work on? The Agility Pitch Competition is a Dragon's Den-like entry-level pitch-competition open to ALL students at the University of Lethbridge and recent alumni within the past 5 years. We want to hear your ideas and help kick-start your initiatives!

Business Stream: Pitch your business idea to a panel of judges and receive constructive feedback on how to improve your business. You may use a pitch deck template provided by Agility by March 22nd for your pitch. Top three presenters will receive seed funding to be put towards their initiative! First place will receive $2,000, second place will receive $1,500, and third place will receive $1,000. Winners will need to make a budget and a benchmark proposal before receiving funding.

Idea Stream: Identify a problem (in society, in industry, on campus, etc.), and present its impacts on society. The idea will be something you might want to solve but haven't had the opportunity or something that would create a positive social change. This could include awareness campaigns, fundraisers, products, etc. Prizes will be given to the top three presenters with the intent you will pursue your idea. First place will receive $700, second place to receive $500, and third place will receive $300. Presenters will get 5 minutes to present 20 slides which automatically advance every 15 seconds, for a fast-paced, energetic performance.
