The High School Student Pitch Competition is held on the final day of, the Innovation Rodeo that is spearheaded by Bow Valley Collge.
Now in its 8th year, the Innovation Rodeo is five afternoons of keynote speakers, entrepreneurship panels, innovation challenges and student pitch competitions.
On the fifth day, there is a keynote speaker, a high school student pitch competition that awards all the ticket revenue to the top three winners and the finals of the post-secondary school student final pitch competition where winners from Tuesday to Thursday's student pitch competitions compete for an additional $17,500 in cash and the chance to win one of three $12,000 US scholarships to the top Entrepreneurship Program in Silicon Valley.
