We are industry agnostic. Our investment criteria require all three of the following conditions:
(a) currently in seed, post-seed or Series A round of fundraising;
(b) at least 50% has already been raised for a total current round between $250,000 and $2MM; and
(c) the lead investor has already been identified, has set terms and the legal documents are ready and available now.
