TiE Angels Dallas (TAD) is an angel investment group formed by Charter Members of TiE Dallas.
While TAD will focus on the North Texas entrepreneurial community, we will collaborate with other TiE chapter angel groups such as TiE Angels Boston, TiE Angels Seattle, TiE Angels New York and TiE Angels SV to share deal flow, and help entrepreneurs raise capital from our members, local angel groups as well as other TiE Angel groups.
We are looking for early-stage businesses with high-growth potential.
We typically invest in businesses that meet the following criteria:
* A solid idea
* An established and well-balanced management team
* Proven domain expertise
* Large market size and scalable business model
* Tangible barriers to entry for competitors or potential competitors, such as an intellectual property portfolio
