We seek to invest in small, local, food or farm business focused on sustainable and socially responsible practices aimed at building the soil fertility and resilient economy of the Northeast Regional foodshed. We would entertain equity, convertible debt, debt or royalty financing. For new business forms or high risk ventures, royalty financing may be preferred.
