SIA is a premier startup investment pitch competition connecting startups from the UK & Europe with global investors. This program is run by Mossy Ventures,USA.

The Startup Investor Accelerator (SIA) UK is a virtual investment accelerator designed for Launch, Pre-Seed, and Seed-stage startups across the UK and Europe. We connect promising startups with experienced angel investors through a structured investment process that combines mentoring, pitching, and due diligence.

• Format: 100% Virtual

Program Journey

The accelerator follows a multi-stage investor selection process:

• 1-Minute Pitch: 60 startups


• 3-Minute Pitch: 24 startups


• 10-Minute Pitch: 12 startups


• Investor-Founder Coffee Meetings


• Due Diligence on the top 6 startups


• Final Demo Day and Winner Announcement


• Investment Transfer (winner receiving the investment)

Throughout the three-month program, founders engage regularly with investors, receive valuable feedback, and participate in mentoring and due diligence sessions. After each pitch stage, investors select the startups that advance to the next round.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for startups that are actively seeking investment and are committed to engaging throughout the full accelerator process. Applicants should be prepared to:

• Participate in all virtual pitch sessions


• Complete investor due diligence if shortlisted


• Present their company during the final Demo Day

Applications

Applications are limited to 60 startups.

Every eligible applicant is invited to participate in the first pitch session. Based on investor interest and evaluation, selected startups will progress through additional pitch rounds and due diligence.

To encourage serious applications from investment-ready founders, a nominal application fee is required.
