We invest in private companies at all stages and favor investments in the Internet, Information Technology, and Life Sciences. In Information Technology, we are particularly active in Semiconductors, Software, Storage, and Communications. In the Life Sciences, our interests primarily include medical devices and diagnostics. We either invest as part of a seed or Series A round or we will invest in a discounted convertible note that will convert in an upcoming financing round.
