Angel Investors Ontario & Young Presidents' Organization, are now accepting applications from innovative companies for an opportunity to pitch at our Joint Investment Event on Wednesday, May 23rd 2018 in Toronto at the One King West Hotel.
If you are an innovative company that meets the following criteria, please submit your application through Gust by 12:00PM EST. on Monday, April 16, 2018. Criteria include:
- A minimum of C$500,000 has previously been invested by one or more angels into a company that has been operating at least two years;
- An invested Angel or YPO member must introduce the company in person at the joint event;
- Must be asking for further raise of a minimum target of C$1,000,000 but under C$5,000,000;
- At least 10% of the investment target already committed;
- Must be based in Ontario, Quebec or US border community;
- Must be available to pitch on May 23, 2018 in-person in downtown Toronto; and
- Majority of the new investment should be towards scaling-up.
