Our Investment Focus
Laveer works with revenue generating companies to provide a tailored financing solution. It is our observation the early stage/small business market has a limited product offering to finance a company (e.g. Convertible Note/SAFE). We do not believe every company is the same, thus every financing solution should not be the same too.
We work with companies to undersand the levers and drivers of the business. We have executed the following type of financings-- accounts receviable (sales receipts), purchase orders, working capital, subscription model, revenue notes, term debt, lines of credit and project and acquisition finance to name a few.
