Skilled - Kairos Fellows have a unique blend of Technical Aptitude (Hacker, Maker, Researcher, Scientist, Designer), Leadership (Community or Organization Leader), and Global Ambition (Big Thinker and Visionary). They are early on the path to accomplishing their overall goals but they have the talent to back up their dreams.

Global Impact - The world has a lot of big issues to solve that aren’t confined to country borders. Our Fellows have shown a keen interest in or have built a reputation as leader in their local community within the following fields:

Bias to Action - Our Fellows are out there working on projects, startups, or communities that have seen significant traction. Our Fellows are people who see a need and take action in an en- vironment of ambiguity. What they bring to our community are the metrics to prove some level of local success that they arebringing to the global stage. 

Our focus on youth entrepreneurship and their challenges means that we generally accept aspiring entrepreneurs who have at least two years before they turn 26. We recognize that everyone takes a different path and are open to appeals for things like military experience and postponing school.
