About this Program

HBS Houston Alumni Angels is a forum for angels and entrepreneurs to share ideas and review business plans of entrepreneurs seeking advice and funding.

Our Investment Focus

HBS Houston Alumni Angels LLC ("HBSHAA") is a nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to provide educational and networking events for the alumni of Harvard Business School, Harvard College and Harvard’s graduate and professional schools who are interested in investing in or learning about early stage companies. HBSHAA is not affiliated with any of the presenting companies and does not advise, endorse, invest in, assist with investment in or recommend any of the companies (or the securities of such companies) that may seek funding through HBSHAA members. Presentations and accompanying materials provided by any person or company to HBSHAA members are for educational purposes only. HBSHAA is not a broker-dealer and, therefore, does not provide “investment advice” or “recommendation” regarding course of action, as those terms are used in any applicable law or regulation, to any of its members or any other person.   Therefore, any investments made by a member of HBSHAA will be in his, her or its individual capacity and not on behalf of HBSHAA. You further acknowledge and agree that your submission does not violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, a duty of confidentiality regarding the idea or invention, trade secret rights, contractual rights, obligations to license or assign, or any other intellectual property of proprietary rights.
