3. #OPS - Online Pitching Session: Short meetings with investors [ 20 min call ]


4. #XP - Meetings with industry experts [ 1h call ] 


5. #NEG - Deal Terms Negotiation [ several meetings if necessary ]


6. #DD - Due Diligence on Technical & Legal side [ if necessary ] 


7. #DEAL - Signing Deal Contracts & Investment Transfer

Please expect that this process will take at least 3-4 weeks & start seeking capital before your runway is less than 3 months.
