• Extremely passionate, positive, energetic, bright and coachable founders.

• Early stage startups with at least an MVP ( Minimum Viable Product) and some customer traction.

• A clear picture of the market for your product or service and realistic plan for market penetration

• An exit strategy for the investor that is reachable within 3-7 years

• The potential for a strong return on investment

• We do have very strong interest in startups that have ethnically diverse people (African American, Latino & Asian)  and women in leadership positions.

• Generally, prefer engaging with companies seeking Seed to Series A funding rounds up to $1.5M.
