We invest in people more than products or ideas. Therefore, the management team, although not necessarily complete, must have a competitive advantage and overwhelming understanding of market dynamics, experience, (most of all) ability to execute and outcompete competitors. The size of the market must be significant and the value proposition compelling and achievable. The entrepreneurial team must have realistic projections and fit well with our investment strategy.
We prefer to invest between $100,000 and $2 million.
