We invest in scalable early stage companies (pre and post-revenue)with managment teams in place capable of carrying out the business plan. Companies must have a clear and compelling competitive advantage that addresses an attractive market.
We must have at least $500k of investment available to us and concentrate on companies based in the southeast US. From application; to selection and completion of due diligence; to presentation; and closing---our entire process takes 90 days to complete.
While generally industry agnostic, we do not invest in brick and mortar retail, franchises, restaurants, and pharmaceuticals that require an extended FDA licensure process.
