We focus our investments on seed- and early-stage startups with almost no restriction regarding industry and deliver smart capital within all areas of business.

We look for early phase startups that intend to deliver disruptive, innovative and inspiring products and services to high potential markets. Our ethical standards prevents us from investing in tobacco, alcohol, gambling, or the weapons industries. Due to the complex nature of the sector, we also make no investments in biotechnology. Otherwise we have no restriction in regards to industries. We are open to both B2C and B2B focus. Normal ticket sizes range between EUR 100K to 500K. We further provide a broad network of co-investors.

Criterias for evaluation are: team, idea, business model, market, product & timing, intellectual property, sales, go-to-market strategy, KPIs, revenues, capital needs and evaluation.  

We are looking for people with visionary ideas and the exceptional willpower it takes to see them through to actualization. When we make a decision in favor of a team and an idea, it‘s because we truly believe in them.

We support and encourage our partners so they can give their best to establish the idea profitably in the marketplace. We see our primary task in the provision of capital, in strategic consulting and in professional and technical support. AC & Friends supports the buildup and development of networks that are inspiring and helpful in both word and deed. We can also enable the use of industrial facilities and office space if needed. That is, we  guide our startups within all areas of business.
