The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) is a private/public partnership committed to adding quality jobs to the region.
Our Investment Focus
The Reno Venture Conference will take place at the Nevada Museum of Art on April 21 & 22, 2020. Tickets and additional information can be found at www.renoventureconference.com
EDAWN is seeking early stage companies that are raising capital and interested in pitching to Northern Nevada's investment community. Companies that pass the screening criteria will be introduced the local angel groups, seed funds, and individual investors. Upon review these funding sources will nominate individual companies to pitch. Each funding source will manage the investment in select companies. Which will be annouced at the close of the conference.
Companies located in Northern Nevada will receive preference. In addition to applying to the Reno Venture Conference we suggest you reach out to and engage with the various funding sources throughtout the region that can be found at www.startupreno.org.
All companies that apply to the Reno Venture Conference will be given recognition in the conference program and will receive a discount code for reduced tickets to attend.
