We give both candidates & recruiters an inside view into how companies and individuals work to enable better fits and more efficient hiring processes. This helps large companies address both the volume and candidate relevance problems.

    Kelsey's goal is to humanize recruitment and cut out inefficiencies of the hiring process. While studying at Parsons School for Design she worked for numerous companies of all sizes. She discovered it was the people she worked with that made her love or hate her job, but there was no way to find this information before signing a contract. This is why set out to create workZeit, to make recruiting more transparent for both companies & job seekers.

    After taking a leave of absence from University of Pennsylvania, Julian often encountered barriers to opportunities due to traditional recruiting practices with a sole focus on resumes. It is his goal to leverage his computer science & psychology background to create a new way to determine fit and ensure capable people receive the attention they deserve.
