Company Summary

We will setup a 9-hole indoor course with holes from 25 yards to 200 yards and a members-only area with 5 holes and clubhouse. Golfers play all year. Leagues form after work. New golfers learn in a non-threatening round format. Millennials play for fun. The course will have 7,000 sf of for-lease commercial areas. Our green facility has geothermal heating/cooling and a 140,000 sf solar array. We will reinvent the golf packaging for everyone.
