    As the Engineering Manager of ViTRAK Systems Inc. Ms. Weeks provides the day to day management of the Technical Team for the design and implementation of the StepscanTM product for both mechanical and software. Ms. Weeks brings 25 years of experience in Aerospace, commercial manufacturing, transportation and IT. Ms. Weeks is a professional Engineer and a Juran Certified Black Belt in Process Improvement.

    An experienced entrepreneur, Mr. Scales is the major shareholder and CEO of the Scales Group of companies and is a shareholder and director of Advantage Communications Inc. Mr. Scales currently served as Vice-Chair of the Holland College Board of Governors and Chair of its Finance Committee. As well, he is active in a number of charitable causes including the Canadian Red Cross and the Children's Wish Foundation.
