    Jean Dumouchel previously co-founded Modulus Video, a video encoder company acquired by Motorola in 2008. At Modulus Mr. Dumouchel created the first true HD H.264 real-time encoder. Prior to Modulus Mr. Dumouchel was a Technical Director at Broadcom working on set top development. Broadcom acquired Azuron in September 1997, a company co-founded by Mr. Dumouchel, in order to acquire Azuron’s video/graphics and set top expertise.
