    Marshall Boyd Jett

    Marshall started cooking at a very early age with his mother Peggy Jett, growing up in New York. He went on to spend seventeen years cooking in fine dining restaurants and sea going vessels while studying Fine Arts, Natural Resources Sciences, Biology and Education.
    In 2004, Marshall co-founded Veraci Pizza at the Ballard Farmer's Market. Today, Veraci Pizza has 55 employees, a popular Seattle restaurant and caters over 400 events a year.

    Gary graduated from the California Culinary Academy in 1986 and has been cooking professionally for twenty seven years. Gary worked as an executive chef, food service manager and caterer at many large Seattle area institutions; Remlinger Farms, Experience Music Project and Evergreen Hospital.
    Gary brings a strong and diverse skill set to the team; creativity, people skills, management / finance experience and an exceptional hospitality ethic.
