Company Summary

Tembo is a SaaS-based platform designed to change the way that M&A transactions are managed, including through real time progress tracking, information and document sharing capabilities, signature page generation, due diligence management and storage of key deal and company information. We want to be the dashboard on which deal professionals spend their day, and through which they access stored documents and data and track their current deals.

    Ben previously worked as a corporate lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis, where he focused his practice on private company M&A transactions. In addition to Tembo, Ben also founded DashMob in 2009, a service that focused on connecting the open capacity of local businesses with nearby consumers through the use of a mobile app and web technology. Ben is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School.
