Great tasting & healthy meats, once only available in Africa, can be marketed and sold here in the US with locally raised exotics!!
Exotic African animals such as the Kudu, Sprinbok, Oryx, and more are all locally raised here in the US, but there isn't a supplier of these meats for broad based consumption. Why is that? Why are these types of meats not raised and distributed right along side beef as an alternative? I have the passion and the knowledge to make this business a reality.
