    Nathaniel Eldridge is the Co-Founder and CEO. A Sophomore Economics major at Syracuse University, Nate has gained extensive experience in the financial services industry through internships with some of the world’s largest investment banks. He is currently most heavily involved in rGen’s marketing as well as corporate development and strategy.

    Co-Founder, President and Executive Designer

    Robert Garthwait is the Co-Founder, President, and Executive Director of Product Design. A Junior Product Design major, Engineering and Entrepreneurship minor at Lehigh University, Robert has gained extensive experience in the manufacturing industry through apprenticeships with industry leaders in progressive stamping, deep drawn parts, and milling. He is currently most heavily involved in rGen’s product design and communication with engineers.
