Company Summary
We offer clients our “proof of concept” pattern recognition software to help automate their optical character recognition (OCR), handwriting recognition, speech recognition, and image recognition business needs. Additionally, the initial OCR software API would be immediately useful to third party developers to incorporate into their own software products. Relevant sectors include business information services, technology, and industrials.

Samuel SteinerCo-Founder
Mr. Steiner is a graduate of Yeshiva University having received his B.A. degree in Literature in May 2011, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Fine Arts in Creative Writing at The New School in his spare time. Mr. Steiner has experience in residential and commercial real estate, fundraising for non-profit and philanthropic organizations, as well as various other entrepreneurial pursuits. Mr. Steiner leads business strategy and development.

Amichai LevyCo-Founder
Amichai developed the algorithmic core of the recognition engine used in the PRAX software and leads software and program development. Mr. Levy works as a senior software developer and project lead at Three Byte Intermedia, a custom software development company in Manhattan. At Three Byte, Amichai has worked on numerous cutting edge projects, which involve machine learning, computer vision, physics simulations and highly optimized 3D graphics.

Zachary Aryeh AmselPresident
Mr. Amsel is a junior research associate at Evercore Partners investment bank and a 2011 graduate of Yeshiva University Sy Syms School of Business. Mr. Amsel has experience at several startup ventures, including his own, which consults early stage ventures. He acted as portfolio manager for a portion of Yeshiva University’s scholarship fund and was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholastic Achievement award in Finance.
