Plum is designed to work both independently and within Applicant Tracking System to identify the unique needs of a role and, matches the applicants in an online dating style platform, for easy and fast comparison.

1) Primary, companies hiring up to 48 hires a year that pay $745/month and companies hiring up to 200 hires a year that pay $2,195/month
2) Secondary, Job Boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) + Talent Communities to sell Plum to existing clients.

Additionally, she has 8 years of product management. Plum is Caitlin’s the third start-up. Previously she was President of goQ Software in NH, and Director of Operations and First Employee at Me to We Style in Toronto.
