    Co-Founder/CEO

    Mr. Shaull, BS, is an organ transplant subject matter expert who provides clinical knowledge per his studies as a medical student and experience as an employee at a disruptive startup HLT, Inc., Stryker Medical (intern), and Intuitive DaVinci Robotics (intern). Mr. Shaull has a strong connected purpose as a transplant recipient and an uncle that is a transplant surgeon. Mr. Shaull is a full-time employee focused on fundraising and business dev.

    Co-Founder/CTO

    Mr. Pahl is a biomedical engineer and current doctoral fellow of health informatics at the University of Iowa. He has been active in the development of health software applications in his previous employment and has been fundamentally involved in organ transplant software since four (4) of his aunts have been waiting for liver transplants. Mr. Pahl brings a network of technical expertise, investors, and university resources to the business.

    John Slump is a serial entrepreneur who has served as Founder and/or CFO of four medtech and health IT start-ups; John co-founded, grew and sold a health IT start-up in the assisted living industry; John is also a founder of three prior medical device start-up companies in the oncology, cardiovascular, and critical care markets. John served as CFO at 2 of the 3 device start-ups and led them from concept to FDA clearance and growing sales.
