    CEO and Majority Shareholder of NOA. Under Dr. Lucic’s management, NOA has successfully executed projects for NIST, NGA, and the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS). She was also instrumental in securing significant patent revenues. In February 2011 Dr. Lucic directed the logistics of the DHS Workshop on Data Analytics.
