Vietnamese food is considered to be the healthiest among other ethnic foods due to its varieties of meat that is always accommodated with vegetables, rice and rice noodles. Our target customers are Caucasians and families ages ranging between 25 to late 50’s. There’s a growing trend with respect to dining out and eating in general which leans towards healthier food choices therefore we decided to take advantage of this trend in its early stages.
